EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years in development architectural conceptual proposals, architectural projects, 3D architectural projects and presentations.
- 1-2 years in supervision of conceptual proposals and presentations.
- 2-4 years in development executive projects, coordination and validation with engineering and external suppliers.
- 2-4 years in the interpretation and coordination of technical plans (electrical, lighting, plumbing, voice and data, etc.)
- 1-2 years in supervision of work and quantification and budgeting of projects.
- 1-2 years in team coordination for the development of architectural and executive projects.
- 1-4 years in negotiation with clients and suppliers.
- 1-2 years in project management and budget development of architectural projects.
SKILLS

- AutoCAD 2D & 3D

PROCESS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning:
- Support the Project Leader in decision making.
- Support the Project Leader in estimating the costs of competitions and investigations.
- Support the Design Coordinator in the definition and planning of model scope.
- Quote and generate proposals from specialists, suppliers and collaborators.
- Support in the generation of information for kick off with specialists, suppliers and collaborators.
- Development:
- Develop the client's requirements in project.
- Develop the scope of the project.
- Support Project Leader in updating pin-ups in the office and server.
- Make adjustments requested in the project.
- Develop plans and information to carry out delivery book, portfolio and products.
- Generate information for specialists, suppliers and collaborators.
- Fulfill the development of activities and work programs in a timely manner.
- Make record of project work hours in the Administrative Tool.
- Contribute innovative and prospective ideas.
- Develop design and structural, construction, engineering and exterior plans.
- Generate final versions of project for model development.
- Support Project Leader in the generation of weekly project reports.
- Participate in the evaluation of project closure.
- Participate in the development of ideas for competitions and bids based on the directives of General Management.
- Supervision:
- Support Project Leader in the coordination of partial revision of the project.
- Report development of the project to Project Leader.
- Evaluate with deliverables for revision with Project Leader.
- Evaluate the work of specialists, suppliers and collaborators.
- Support in the realization and solution of change bulletins within design.
- Resource management:
- Register specialists, suppliers and collaborators in the Administrative Tool.
- Support the quotation of costs and scope of extras.
- Fulfill budget of extras with equipment, specialists, suppliers and collaborators.
- Provide support in the administration of material and economic resources of the project.
- General:
- Update with approval of Project Leader, agenda and contact database.
- Participate in the operational evaluation of project closure.
