Background: Before coming into our hands, the owners of this land experienced four unsuccessful attempts to develop diverse projects, but the dimensions of the land demanded an initial investment of extraordinary magnitude, making it difficult to materialize. However, aware of the latent potential of this land, El Marqués was born, a bet that addresses this challenge with a pragmatic and determined vision.

Vision and Structure: Framed in a vision of long-term success, we designed a progressive and staggered development strategy, allowing the construction and commercialization of each stage separately. This methodology has resulted in the optimization of resources and has eliminated the need for a massive initial investment, ensuring the financial feasibility and viability of the project as a whole.
